The interview is honest and straight forward. Anyone with minimum competency is accepted. There is usually a national hiring day in mid October, just before the holiday sales rush. Getting an interview and employment is fairly easy. Be wary though, they prefer to hire part timers who have no other unemployment, as they want people on call at a moment's notice for schedule changes.
