I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dolphin Technology in Nov 2009
Interview
They worked really fast. Got an email for phone interview within several hours of resume submission. (But of course this was because they posted opening at school and want to hire from here.)
Phone interview was casual, not very difficult questions, but very fundamental about circuits blocks. Focus on gate level design details, sizing, layout.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dolphin Technology (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Waste of Time and Money. I had to fly down to interview with this company in a short time period. The interview went well, I answered all the questions correctly and the interviewer were also impressed with me, my projects were tailored for that position. The was was only for 2 hours and I was interviewed by 2 people one hour each. So I get a mail the very next day saying that they have better candidates for the position than me for the interview and they are going ahead with them. I means seriously? If you aren't hiring and aren't sponsoring for the on site interview then please don't waste job aspirants money and time, you don't know how it feels.
