I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent interview experience for the Developer position. After reading reviews from other candidates, I noticed that my experience was unfortunately quite similar to theirs. My initial interview was scheduled via an online calendar, and I arrived five minutes early. However, the interviewer did not attend the meeting. After waiting for five minutes, I left the call. I was later contacted via email and phone to reschedule due to technical issues, which I agreed to. During the rescheduled interview, the interviewer again reported technical difficulties and requested that both of us keep our cameras off. We proceeded with the interview under these conditions. More than a week later, I received an automated notification that the company would not be moving forward with my candidacy.
