I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dominion Dealer Solutions (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2013
Interview
1 phone interview, design test, 1 in-person with 2-3 design leads and 0-1 upper management, follow-up call with offer, drug test, orientation. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview. I feel that the skills test is a really great way to truly determine if someone can do the job. The skills test involves designing an email in photoshop based around a campaign that the company has done previously. Then, you must code the test in html through dreamweaver (but a common/complete lack of experience/knowledge with dreamweaver is expected, so this portion is not judged harshly whatsoever).

Describe the difference between a graphic designer and a graphic artist?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dominion Dealer Solutions (Carmel, IN) in Dec 2015
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview, the guy didnt seem too thrilled to be talking to me, but i remained positive. Took 30 minutes, asked typical questions, salary expecations etc. Then scheduled an in-person interview, took about 2 hours. The guy was alot kinder in person, but I was never told I would be interviewing with the whole design team. Then i was given a take home test in which i was required to design an email campaign and code it within 2 and a half hours.
