I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Galveston, TX) in Apr 2011
Interview
Great. Showed me around asked me to make a pizza as you had to have experience. Made sure that you understood the words of the trade and labor costs food cost and more. I was also asked about my previous uniform and previous experience at a prior dominos. I was able to talk to some of the current employees as well.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
