Interview
The interview was very quick and the questions were easy to answer. The staff was super friendly. I was a teenager and they were kind to me throughout the process. It was a quick turn around from when I applied to when I was interviewed and when I was offered the job.

What would I do if I saw a coworker stealing, feeling sad, running late?
There were a lot of behavioral questions
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Domino's (Lagos)
Interview
Lengthy but not intensive, the process was mainly to see how much training I would need if I were to join the company.
It was good to also have a referral
over the phone questions, then in store interview. typical what are your skills; where do you see yourself in the future; what is your biggest weakness, then after the short interview (approx 10mins) i got a message saying i had passed and they asked me to come in the next day.
Not bad. Pretty straight forward. Asked basic math and process questions; if the register was down could you use the calculator to ring up, and stuff like have you heard of these payment processors
