I went through the interview process, starting with the recruitment team, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and then with a manager from a different area of the business. Based on my observations and the information provided during the interview, I didn't think the role sounded like a good fit for me. It gave me the impression that the company might have a hire-and-fire approach to handling employees.
