My journey with this company was far from positive, and I hope my account serves as a cautionary tale for others. The interview process was prolonged and exhaustive, involving a staggering 16 different executives and spanning over 10 rounds of interviews and pitches. This extended over two months, demanding a significant investment of time and effort on my part. One particularly concerning aspect was the inappropriate nature of some questions during the interviews. I was asked about my LDS mission and involvement with the church, which is not only irrelevant to the job but also a clear violation of professional boundaries. Such inquiries are not only inappropriate but also illegal, as they delve into personal matters that have no bearing on one's professional qualifications. The excessive number of interviews and the intrusive nature of some questions left me questioning the company's respect for candidates' time and privacy. I believe it's crucial for job seekers, to be aware of these aspects before investing their energy and enthusiasm into the hiring process at Domo. In conclusion, my experience with Domo was disappointing and unprofessional. I would caution others to carefully consider whether the potential opportunity is worth the extensive time investment and questionable interview practices.

Great process and amazing team. Sales experience definitely a requirement to be able to be successful. The hiring process was well put together, I knew next steps and where I stood throughout.

Very easy. Just a few meeting with a few different people. No presentation required, you don’t need to stress as you have nothing to prepare for, just keep showing up. May be 4-5 people you may meet, all in Australia.
