Very long interview process-3 months from recruiter contacting me to onsite interview, and approximately 4 hrs on phone prior to onsite. Generally unsophisticated interview process-several people I spoke with spent more time talking than listening, which makes it challenging for a candidate to ecumenical their value/achievements etc. wanted 3 years of w2's to be shown. I withdrew from the interview process at that point, as that's not something I'm willing to do. VERY impressive technology, however, and had things gone differently it would be a great product to sell.
