Overall pretty poor experience. Started interview with recruiter 09/30/2025 process took 45 days. Hiring manager thought I was using AI to give answers and clearly did not trust candidates (even though Donorbox uses AI during the meeting for notes and candidate assessment) SQL assessment was EXTREMELY challenging and time consuming. SVP was 15 minutes to the final panel interview and asked me questions unrelated to the job description. Compensation was 90k and way too stringent for that low of a salary with further compensation structure. Would not recommend
