The interview process consisted of four interviews and a home assignment. The first interview was very informal and aimed to gauge my genuine interest and compatibility with the role. Afterwards, I was moved to the first interview with my potential manager, the team lead. This was quite a lengthy interview with a lot of questions – I'm assuming the company has a list of mandated questions that you need to get through in your first interview. Because of time constraints, there wasn't much time for genuine conversation to establish a rapport, which I would've liked. Some of the questions are quite challenging but my interviewer was very reasonable and understanding. Then I was given a home assignment, after which I had a third interview with the same manager/team lead. Finally, I had an interview with one of the higher-ups. All in all, it's a bit lengthy but not bad compared to some other places that drag you along for weeks.
