(presents job spec and challenges ahead and nature of the role).. How does that sound to you, and do you see yourself fitting into the role, if that is something that will suit you in this point and time? Would you tell me a time where maybe you took a process like that (Scrappy Compliance process that needs to be revamped and standardised)? What the process was like, how bad it was and how you improved it or you changed it fall? And what kind of things did you do to make it a lot better, not just for yourself, but for your team and organisation as well?
