Dysfunctional and opaque. Ultimately, seven interviews were scheduled. Four were actually held; two involved no-shows by the interviewers; and one was cancelled on the day because of an "emergency" - and never actually rescheduled. Communication from the overseas-based recruiting coordinator (who tried to schedule one set of interviews between 12.30am and 7am!) was very patchy. Felt a definite lack of respect for my time and preparation. Process ultimately just fizzled out, leaving a fairly poor impression of the company.
