It took 3 weeks to complete 2 rounds of interviews. First Step: Screening round. Talked to HR and she was pretty quick to respond. They schedules my second round and then rescheduled 3 times. Second round: Met with a Sr. Manager who talked about the role, and asked me about myself, along with some situational/behavioral questions. The second interview was with an Associate manager who came a few minutes late and started the interview by telling about herself and later asked me a situational question followed by technical on SQL. Both of these were half an hour each. I am not sure where did I mess up. The only thing was I didn't have much time to work on both the problems so she just stopped me at the first one and moved forward to the next phase of I asking her questions. Waited for a week before I sent a follow-up email and I received an automated response that I didn't set selected.
