The interview process consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, a take home assignment, two 30-min interviews and then four 30-min interviews. I would echo what others say here about the take home analytics assignment. It took me roughly 10 hours to complete it. The data given was messy, so I had to spend around 2-3 hours cleaning it. The directions for the case study were vague, asking you to just "draw some insights and recommendations from it." This is a huge time sink given that I had only spoken to the recruiter before being asked to complete this case study. After I completed the case study, I was passed on to the next round. I was expecting to review my case study with the interviewers. That did not happen... which means the case study is simply acting as a filter (and is not respectful of a candidate's time and work). Despite this, I made it to the final round of interviews which consisted of four 30-min interviews back to back. I received a standard form rejection 2 business days later advising me that they cannot provide any feedback. No phone call or anything. This is the first time I've received a form rejection after making it to the final round. If someone makes it to the final round, you should at least call them to reject them. Overall, the process was disrespectful of my time as a candidate. It makes me question their company culture. I would not interview here again.
