After MULTIPLE rounds of interviews, meticulous questions, a full blown presentation that took me hours to make for a JR level recruitment position… I get denied? On top of this, their communication during the interview process was dragged out and they lead me on the whole time making it seem like I was going to receive an offer just for the recruiter to call me and say “thanks for your patience during the whole process but nothing negative, we are just going with other candidates.” Why make me go through 4 weeks of an interview process just to reject me?
