I was interviewing for a contract role back in May for a marketing manager position. A contractor reached out to me saying that he’s successfully placed talent to work with DoorDash. The interview process at the beginning was positive and went through all three rounds with the team. What left a negative impact for me in this interview was that I was ghosted with no follow up/feedback. A few days later, I see that the position was posted later on Glassdoor and LinkedIn again. I felt as if my time was disrespected and that the management didn’t think it was important to follow up despite completing all rounds.
