I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter within 24 hours to set up an introductory phone interview. The recruiter was late to the call, and it ran around 35 minutes in length. The tone was very conversational, and he asked me things about my background and experience, as well as about how my experience fit within the position. I received a generic rejection email 36 hours after the call.
On the call, I was told the general interview process was as follows:
1) Introductory interview with a recruiter. After the interview, they meet with the team and the team decides who they want to move forward with.
2) A take-home data analytics exercise where you're given a set of data and expected to extract information and translate that into strategic recommendations.
3) Another round of interviews, this time four, 30-minute interviews with team members covering how I've driven decisions with stakeholders, solutions I've implemented, processes I've revamped, general cultural fit questions, and management-related oversight experience including employee development.
