Don’t waste your time. All employees seemed miserable. Interviewers from business were rude and transferred existing frustrations onto interviewee. One HR interviewer legitimately spent 10 minutes on a rant about how busy and important they are and hates getting direct messages on Slack. Welcoming and open? Definitely not. The casual culture shines through in the worst ways possible. How can interviewees expect to show up and interact professionally when interviewers are not respectful in return? One Interviewer was wearing a literal bathrobe on the video call. An actual bathrobe; that’s all. They even mentioned the previous person in this position quit in the calls. Structure followed a panel interview with business collaborators and technical meetings. Other technical members knew hardly anything about UiPath and questions reflected this.
