Quick, but intense. they dont follow up to tell you if you get it or not, and did not provide feedback. for an entry level associate role they expected wayyyy too much.

Biggest weakness approach conflict within peers learning style feedback style
3 rounds for the interview not including call with recruiter. The first round is pretty standard behavioral with no technical questions. Last round was presentation with 3 people on the team I was interviewing for. I had to create a deck.
Straightforward process. Recruiter screen, team does first round, then hiring manager, and a two up / senior stakeholder interview. Interview has a lot of behavioural questions and also cover case / situational analysis questions. There was a take home case that was very analytical, not sure if it’s still used.
