I have to be light with details but I have been meaning to write this post for over 6 months. The role I interviewed for - the JD was the same as it was a time ago even though the role doubled and the person left the company. (That should had been red flag 1 and 2). DD pushed me to sign a nda and at a point pushed me to complete an extended power point presentation And roadmap for the next year. (Flag 3 and 4). Also the scope in oversight was off significantly as DD presented information regarding the role and breathe of the department and the recruiter first said I was mistaken and when presented with proof of the deck from the meeting - brushed it off as me not understanding. For there to be a misunderstanding of the position and (I would hope not dishonest) and more under awareness is flag 5. Also while I was interviewing DD had layoffs and I had specifically asked on the positioning of their workforce and potential decreases in headcount and potential layoffs. My take away - very disorganized at minimum.
