I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. Phone screen with hiring manager, then 2 30-minute interviews with other leaders, then a presentation where you do a mock QBR. The questions asked were not too difficult, all were very standard interview questions, and you can find them here by searching. There were a mix of tell me about a time questions and also how would you handle X type of questions. I'll include some as well here. I thought I did well, but got a standard rejection email over a week after I completed the full process, no feedback offered. I always feel irritated when companies refuse to offer feedback even after they make you analyze data and do a presentation. Also, I told the recruiter I had another offer and he simply ignored me for an entire week until I was rejected. It would be nice to at least tell the candidate, "Thanks for the update! I'll get back to you as soon as I can" or something along those lines.
