Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral were fairly expected: - What's something you really owned in a project and what did you do? What were results? - What's a creative project that you're really proud of? - What was a challenging colleague interaction, and how did you handle it? - Example of when your opinion was in opposition to another colleague and how you handled it. - How did you use data to solve a problem? Go into details. Case questions: - In the Doordash flywheel, which in your opinion is the most important and why? - What things would you take into consideration when launching a new product?
Fairly rigorous. Made it through every step other than the final director-level interview. This was back in mid-2022, though, not sure what the process looks like now. Phone screener, hiriing manager, case study, cross-functional interview, director.
