It was a phone call, interviewer was very friendly. Had a brief 30 minute call to enquire regarding the position, the team ill be working with and the timelines for the interview process.
There was a recruiter call as the first initial step, and then after there were questions on behavioral questions and also questions on technical skills as the next rounds of the interview
It went fine. Had about 4/5 rounds and typical questions asked. First round was technical and second and third were more personality and team fit. Nothing too difficult. They didn’t mention that all employees need to DoorDash once a quarter.
