Applied to role through referral, had Hiring Manager call (with behavioral) 2 days later, Received Case study to complete within 48 hours (without warning, they just sent it and expect you to complete it). I completed the case study (about 20 hours of total work. One day later, I received an email that the role was closed. Very disappointed with the process. The recruiter told me I would be considered for other roles since I completed their case, but never heard back from her after telling her my interests in other roles.
