Cold reach out - It would have been much better if I applied directly but an internal non-fte recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Thought I’d give it a try but avoid recruiters reaching out from DoorDash at all costs. You have far better chances applying directly.
Of all the high growth companies I’ve encountered - I’ve never in my entire career dealt with the most robotic conversation to a point where a phone screen felt like some scripted tv show.
Avoid any outreach from internal recruiters at DoorDash as you’ll likely end up getting a phone screen from a new grad who is literally reading off a script with no understanding of the actual role.
