I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DoorDash (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2021

Interview

One screen call with DoorDash Recruiter. She reached out via email and seemed to have done her research on me as the position aligns perfectly with my past positions. The interviewer just talked at me right off the bat. Didn't ask anything about my past positions until I brought it up - multiple times. She reached out to me and although the stars looked like they aligned, they obviously don't know what any of my previous companies did, nor did she care to ask.

Interview

Very rude and disinterested. Guy even at one point did the “speed it up” hand motion when I was talking about my experience. I have never interview with someone ruder. He is also very young, and has only been at the company one year. They aren’t looking for an account manager they are looking for a financial analyst.

Interview

Interview process was very scattered. First interaction wasn’t with a recruiter, but with someone handling overflow. Second portion was with two people. The first was so unprofessional that I no longer had any desire to work for the company. He constantly rolled his eyes, popped his neck, and didn’t pay attention at all during our video interview.
