Two phone interviews (one 45 minute Zoom by the property, one 60 minute call by outside talent management group) followed by a 45 minute online assessment and a 2.5 hour in-person interview. After all these meetings had a ten minute talk with GM who decided I should be passed on. Lot of great people in interview process but left with foul taste in my mouth. Asking a candidate to commit over six hours of their time (including time off work to drive on site) just for the GM to hold a rushed chat as the ultimate decision maker was not professional. Company needs to be more respectful of candidate’s time.
