Very degrading interview for a simple OTR driver position.
begins with an HR rep. going over your background and benefits. Then it moves to a 3 panel interview where they barrage you with behavioral questions asking you about all the mistakes you've made in the past at your job and how you handled them and how your going to improve. then you do two tests, one over the FMCSR and a math test. You need to brush up on division of large numbers and multiplication of large numbers.
