Dott Front End Developer interview questions

Sent the resume through the portal. Did not receive any response for weeks. Reapplied for the role thinking the first application did not get submitted. No response again, contacted one of the Tech Recruiters through LinkedIn and told them about the application, no reply. At least reply to someone who has taken the time to apply to your company. If this is how the first experience is with the interview, cannot even image how bad the working culture would be.
