Pathetic - waste of time Applied online ; email screen followed by a VC interview The person who interviewed me was not prepared for the interview as they called me the wrong name, didn't know what position I was interviewing for and asked me to talk about my interest in the company. Followed up questions about the role, to which the interviewer stated "oh, I am not hiring for this role anymore - I brought in my former coworker" I tried to make the most of it and inquire if there was a better role or a chance for me to qualify for this role since I was set up for this role by your HR POC, to which the interview stated " I will think about it " What's worse is when I got the rejection email, I was simply told that I was not a fit but what hurts the most is the quantity of unprofessionalism that was associated with this this interview.
