So many steps that ended up being a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Although HR was transparent about the process, the hiring managers were very flippant and and passed the buck on the decision which left a bad impression. I think they only wanted to get the applicants' FREE perspective on their "case study" because of the issues they encounter on the process. Should not have applied at all.

4 Vorstellungsgespräche. Erstens mit HR, sehr nett. Danach mit den Managers. Schnelle Rückmeldung. Sehr gutes Study Case. Antwort innerhalb von 5 Tagen bekommen. Kann nur empfehlen. Hat insgesamt 4 Wochen gedauert.
