Dott Senior Product Designer interview questions

After reading the opening I submitted my candidature with enthusiasm. The job seemed to fit my skills (research/mobile/interaction/UI/lean) and I felt my experience could benefit the company. First interview with recruiter was great, we were both confident we had a match & decided to go further in the process ... but 5 days further i got standard (template) rejection mail with the following reason : "not experience enough in UI" ... Having designed and delivered some of the most popular mobile app in The Netherlands for the last 10+ years I still don't know what I should I do to prove i have enough experience ... TIP: Be more clear you are mostly looking for a UI designer with a fancy looking dribbble portfolio
