Interview
This was quite an informal group experience, not an interview of sorts at first.
There were 9 of us in total for one job.
They basically told us about the company and role etc...then saying a few facts about ourselves to each other and picking the next person to speak.
We were then spoken to individually away from the group briefly and asked normal interview questions. But I felt that they'd already judged us and made their decision in the group section. Didn't get a proper opportunity to talk about myself.

Apply with CV, and then go into the hotel for a short in person interview with the manager who will ask you questions to get to know you. Then wait for them to get back to you with an update.

Interview
I had an in-person interview they were friendly and made me feel at ease. The questions were about hospitality and situations encountered. I have not heard back from them yet whether I got the job.
The interview went very well, it was more like a talk with a friend than an interview. They sent me an email about my application and then I came there to meet them.
