The interview process was great! Very easy questions and informative description of what the job entails. They ask simple questions like “When was time you felt like you went above and beyond for a guest” or “Tell me about a time when a guest was upset and how you handled it”.

Easy one or two person interview. Ask simple questions as well as straight forward. If you get the interview and have served before, you will most likely get the job.
