After an initial phone interview, Douglas paid for my flight, rental car, and overnight hotel in Alexandria, MN. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and they shared a two hour tour of their immaculate manufacturing area. In hindsight, I think the only reason I wasn't offered the Project Manger position was that my resume and education were intimidating to one member of the interview team. From everything I experienced, I believe Douglas would be a great company with whom to work. P.S. If you are going to work up here in the north you need to enjoy outdoor sports, snowmobiling, etc. to fit in with the culture.
