Very comfortable interview. Down to earth people who seem to be passionate about what they do. While passionate about their product these guys seem keep a light hearted relationship amongst their work culture. I was broke down on the side of the road when I had my teams interview. Although they offered to reschedule I decided since we were all already there and available to move forward despite the noise from traffic buzzing by. These guys were great. Not once did they make me feel intimidated or inadequate. They took me just as seriously as they would my male counterparts. That is hard to find. They didn’t ask me what I would do if I couldn’t lift something or how I would deal with blue collar behavior. Which just so you know is rather insulting to ask a woman interviewing for a male dominated role. This is definitely a company I hope I get the opportunity to work for.
