I applied on their website, was emailed back about a taped interview, which was pretty cool because you can record yourself answering the questions and redo it whenever you wanted before submitting. Then I was called in for an in-person interview with two supervisors. Lastly, I was brought back in for another interview with upper-management and an hour-long working interview on the floor. The entire process took approx. 2 weeks.
