They do not clearly specify the designation.It is left to the discretion of the management to offer whatever junior roles later.There was a telephonic round that was easy.Later a face to face round where basic questions were asked. Then there was no communication at all till I ha d to follow up.after that there was a Skype call with some senior mgr then was told there will be onsite mgr interview.then again there was no communication . Almost made me wait till 1 month on the pretext of onsite mgr round and finally told position is on hold! . Total callous attitude of Mgmt.No courtesy whatsoever. Wasted my time and energy on this futile venture.Never recommend to anyone.
