Had 2 phone screens, first with someone currently in the Program. Second was higher manager. Mostly behavioral/ situational questions. There would be make one more interview on site but I did not make it to the third interview. Overall the interview process was very slow after my first interview I did not hear back about the second interview for another 3 weeks after I emailed them back.
