The interview process is very good and Organised very well, and all the rounds of mine are completed on the same day and HR discussion also completed and fainally they told to wait for some time its allmost they took 1 hour time and they told you can leave for the day we will get back to you . 1> Went there at 2.00PM and let the campus by 6.30 PM fullly time waste in my day . 2> They conducted Technical Discussion fallowed by Resource Manager fallowed by Business Head fallowed by HR Round. 3> You can Leave for the Day , we will let you know 4> After 4 days fallow up the feedback was Rejected in HR Round, what the Hell is this of Package matters , then they know before interviewing the candidate they know all the details right . So i request you all the candidates to stay away from this , its waste of your time . I think they are showcasing to the clients , when client come from Abroad they showcase like this many interviews we are taking like that . Very Shameful and Very Cheap , never expected this kind of behavior from a Product Based Company like "Dover " its waste of your time guys if you go there , don't take half day leave from you r current company and dont loose your patience and worst experience i had sresly .......
