The recruiter reached out first and scheduled an interview a week after since he was too busy. Then the recruiter never showed up at the interview. I ended up leaving after waiting for 20 minutes and emailed him. He said he was stuck on the meeting. So I let him know I had to sacrifice my lunch for this. Then he said he was sharing the screen. Well, I had that happened also so I understand things happen. However, at least shoot a short note saying we need to reschedule. He would not do that to the internal meetings or any other meetings with his manager. The way he responded like he had a great excuse of 'sharing his screen' sounded like he totally did not value my time which was the most critical thing I look at when looking for a new job. Recruiters are the front face of the company. They need to be professional in order to represent the company well, which this one failed.
