Dover Food Retail interview questions

Had phone interview with manager that went well and he seemed like a great manager. After interviewing with the manager, I interviewed with HR and did not hear back after being told they would contact me.

Normally, they hire through an agency, but I applied though a family member and was told to come in and speak with the manager. During the interview, my manager failed to inform me of the multiple responsibilities that my position has. Additionally, even though I did not find this job though an agency, the company still hires though one. when I was made "permanent", my pay was not changed.
