It's been a couple of months at this point but I believe this was the general process: I applied online and received a follow-up message from a recruiter, who asked to arrange a phone screen. Following that call, I went in for an onsite interview at Doxo's downtown Seattle office (which is in a great location near Pike's Place, by the way).
After the in-person interview, there was unfortunately no further communication whatsoever. This is the first time I've ever been completely ghosted after an actual office interview; a follow-up message of any kind would have been appreciated. Otherwise, the recruiter and interviewer were both pleasant prior to that radio silence.
They don't seem to have a good idea of what they actually want for this role; the listing definitely leans into the technical side much more than what was actually described to me in the interview (which seemed to be significantly more in the sales direction). At any rate, if you are actually looking for a TAM role, this is probably not what you want. The person I spoke with also noted that the position had been open (under various evolving titles I believe) for something like a year, so make of that what you will.
