I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DrFirst in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. Instead of a technical project, I was given an IQ test. I've never had that happen, so that was a bit odd. I was also given a personality test.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time where you faced a difficult situation at work and how you handled it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DrFirst (Rockville, MD) in Apr 2025
Interview
There was a cognitive/personality assessment before the first interview. The interview process involves three interviews. The first interview lasted one hour and involved technical and nontechnical questions. The second interview was also an hour long and had a two-member panel; it was purely technical.
I did not make it past the 2nd interview despite having no trouble in answering most of the questions. But what was most disappointing to me was the fact that I was not given any feedback after the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DrFirst in Mar 2025
Interview
Phone personality interview followed by lengthy online screen containing exclusively questions with nothing to do with the position in question. Online screen took over an hour to complete and left me wondering how they think it has anything to do with the ability to do the job. If I had proceeded to the next step, there would have been two more interviews according to what I had been told.
