I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DragonFly Athletics in Oct 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I wasn't activity looking for a job but the recruiter sold me on the type of work I would be doing and the environment I would be working in. I had a call with the CEO and soon began working on their programming assignment. The assignment was to build a simple web app using an API that is suppose to simulate bad network conditions. I spent the extra time making the web app work as smoothly as possible with the bad API and it paid off. I had 1 more in person interview with the CEO and CTO which included a couple whiteboard questions. I received an offer the next day.
