Ghosted for months. No responses despite direct follow up. Disrespectful to peoples time if there is no intent on follow up. Would not recommend giving this corpo a second of your time.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dragos in Dec 2022
Interview
Don’t waste your here. I was rescheduled twice during the holiday season to accommodate this recruiter’s last time errands he claimed. If you could not make it, just don’t commit it. This shows they have no respect on candidates. Finally I have to sacrifice dinner time to listen him boost one hour how good is their security product and how promising their company is and etc. Then he will ghost no matter how many emails or calls you made. Totally a waste of time!!!

Question 1
Basically just advertising how great their company and product are like a sales. When I asked which security domain they are with, this HR claims they’re on everything and a security conglomerate.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Dragos in Jun 2022
Interview
The process took almost 2 months. In the process the recruiter repeatedly promised an update and then disappeared for days or even weeks. There were two sets of interviews. The first one with the hiring manager took a long time to schedule and was rescheduled once after confirming the date. The second interview was supposed to be a back-to-back interview with the two engineers. One of those interviews was cancelled last minute and the interviewer from it joined the other interview that day without a notice. Despite the scheduling problems, all of the interviews went well.
The initial feedback was all around positive, the recruiter promised a quick update. And then disappeared again. After me reaching out, I finally got a rejection. They were not willing to share the reasons behind the rejection though.
The recruiter said that they hired a different person. They still supposedly liked my skills, but there were simply no open positions in the company anymore. 10 days after that, the position I applied for is still listed on the company's career site. As well as a lower tier position I said I was willing to apply for as well, but the company's recruiter said they filled that role too. It looks like they do not want to hire me, but are not willing to share the reason. Since I am a non-binary person, I could only assume the real rejection reason has something to do with the Diversity & Inclusion state within the company.
Overall, there was a severe lack of integrity in the overall process.

Question 1
Asked me to rate my familiarity with a set of technology (Rust, Python, Java, etc) and then followed with a question for each. The difficulty of the question corresponded with the self-rate level. It was a very good set of questions.
