I had one interview day with three seperate interviews. I met with the position's superior - the SVP/Senior Lender - for the majority of the time. His easygoing demeanor made the interview process a lot easier. That was followed by a meeting with the lead credit analyst, who posed most of the technical questions for the interview. After, I met with the bank's CEO, who gave me a taste of the bank's history and corporate culture.
