Interview
Applied online. Received an email about a week later from a group lead requesting a phone interview. The interview lasted about an hour and consisted of the interviewer explaining the work at Draper and asking questions to determine how well my background and experience fit the position. He asked about some things I had barely heard of. The qualifications on the job posting said B.S. aerospace or equivalent. I have a B.S. in mechanical engineering with a lot of coursework in controls from a top 5 ME school, but it seems like this position was not a good fit for me since I don't have a strong background in probability and statistics. Got the email that they were pursuing other candidates 3 weeks after the phone interview.
