Very fun interview. Introduced myself and talked about some of my projects, what I like to work on and what questions I had for them. Overall it was a good experience!

Interview
Was emailed by a group leader letting me know they found my resume interesting. Followed up by a 30-minute phone screen. An onsite interview that lasted about half of the day with about 8 members of the team and a 40-min technical presentation. Everyone was patient and kind and didn't attempt to grill you with obscure technical questions. They are interested in your previous experiences and your approach to solving particular problems related to their work.
